Shoulder and Ab Workout – December 29 2009
Like I said today wasn’t a good day for me in the gym, i didn’t feel like being there and to be honest my workout sucked, i got no pump and didn’t challenge myself, but hey some days are like that as I’m sure most of you have had some bad days in the gym as well.
Chest and Back Workout
Just got back in the gym after the holiday weekend and trained back and chest today. I was feeling a little lethargic this morning probably due to eating so much junk over the weekend, however I did wake up looking nice and full and got a great pump after just a couple sets, but anyway here is the workout I did today.
