2.Hyperextensions 4 sets of 12 with just my bodyweight
3. Seated Cable Rows 105 x 12, 120 x 10, 135 x 8

Well today was my first day on the Anabolic Weight Gain Diet, and although it wasn’t perfect I did pretty well and it felt great to eat clean food all day with no junk. Anyway here is what I ate…

Leg Workout – Monday, March 29th 2010
Got in the gym a little later than usual today but I was able to get in a pretty good leg workout.
Here it is… the whole workout took me about an hour.
