Arm Workout – October 20th 2010

Here’s what I did for my arm workout today (weight x reps). Just did six exercises total and moved through them quickly. Low energy today but felt pretty strong considering.

1.) Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls – 20 x 12, 30 x 10, 40 x 8, 50 x 8

superset with:

2.) Triceps Rope pushdowns – 4 sets of 12 with 80 pounds

October 12th 2010, Shoulders, Traps and Neck Workout

Front Neck Raises – 25 reps with no weight, 25 reps with 10 pound plate, 25 reps with 25 pound plate and 20 reps with 35 pounds.

Rear Neck Raises using Harness – 4 sets of 25 with 25 pounds

Side Neck Raises – 2 sets of 25 with 5 pound plate and 2 sets of 20 with 10 pound plate.

And that was it, the whole workout took about an hour. I felt real sluggish at the start of the workout, but as time went on I started feeling more energetic. My body’s still getting adjusted to not taking any pre-workout supplement. I was on Jack3d for about 2 months. I love that product because it doesn’t give me any jitters like so many others that I’ve tried. I was only taking 1 scoop anyway and it was just enough of a mental boost to get me amped up.

Welcome to My Insane Muscle Gain Blog. My name is Brian and I have recently made an incredible body transformation. You see, from January of 2009 to June of 2009 I was able to sucessfully pack on 25 pounds of Rock Solid Muscle Mass without having to resort to dangerous drugs and without spending a small fortune on supplements. I just busted my ass in the gym and ate like a machine during those 6 months and it truly paid off for me, but I'm not done yet! I wanted to start documenting my progress on this blog as I go forward in my quest for bigger muscles and I want to help as many others who find themselves unhappy with being skinny and weak to transform their bodies as well.

I'm originally from the Boston area, but about 7 years ago, my lovely wife and I moved to Sunny Florida, where we continue to reside.

I love bodybuilding. I love the challenge, the dedication and hard work that goes into looking and feeling my best.
