1. Deadlifts – 135 x 10, 135 x 5, 160 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 250 x 3, 275 x 1, 300 x 315 x 1 and 225 x 9

I’ll put up the full workout tommorrow, but here I am pulling 315 raw -no belt, straps or chalk…just wrist wraps for my aching wrist.
