Chest Workout – January 5th 2010
Had a pretty good chest and Triceps workout today. At the start of the workout my rear delts were feeling pretty sore so I didn’t think I’d feel strong today but after a few warmup sets I felt real good and put up some decent weight and to be honest, when I did flat Dumbbells the 90’s felt real easy. I got 11 reps and probably could have repped out with the hundreds.
Chest and Back Workout
Just got back in the gym after the holiday weekend and trained back and chest today. I was feeling a little lethargic this morning probably due to eating so much junk over the weekend, however I did wake up looking nice and full and got a great pump after just a couple sets, but anyway here is the workout I did today.
