Here’s what I ate today…
7:45 a.m. – 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition’s Vanilla Natural Whey Protein, 5 grams each of Branched Chained Amino Acids and Glutamine, and 1 serving of grape Cell Tech Hardcore Pro Series mixed with 16 ounces of water.

Here’s my workout for today:
1. Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 30 x 20 reps for a warm-up, 40 x 20, 50 x 15, 60 x 8
Super set with:
2. Front Plate Raises – 3 sets of 15 reps with 25 pounds
3. Barbell Shrugs 135 x 20, 155 x [...]
Back and Calves – Monday, August 9th 2010
I made sure to get a deep stretch at the bottom of every rep on each calf movement and really squeezed hard at the top of each rep for maximum contraction of the calf muscles. My calves were toast after my last set and the routine only took a total of about 10-12 minutes.
